What the day will look like
In this role, you’ll be a key member of Aon’s Large & Sophisticated Accounts team for Latin America, supporting the delivery of placement strategies and client service for major property programmes. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the region, helping to bring Aon’s insights and capabilities to clients while developing your own market and technical expertise.
- Support the broking and placement of large and complex property programmes across LATAM, helping to structure programmes and prepare market submissions.
- Analyse risk profiles, property schedules and loss information, drawing on Aon’s analytics and market insights to inform placement strategies.
- Coordinate day-to-day communication with insurers and other market partners, supporting negotiations on terms, conditions and pricing.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including slips, endorsements, reports and internal records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Aon processes.
- Collaborate with account management, claims, analytics and specialty teams to help deliver a seamless client experience.
- Contribute to new business activity by supporting data gathering, proposals, presentations and RFP responses.

Day to day, you will:
- Work closely with brokers, account directors and specialty colleagues to help build and deliver effective risk and insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with our regional and global property and placement teams, giving you access to a wide insurer network and deep market insight.
- Be supported by established processes, tools and operations teams that help with data, documentation and governance, so you can focus on developing your broking skills.

This role combines exposure to major clients, complex property risks and a strong support network – giving you the platform to develop as a broker and make a visible contribution to Aon and our clients in the LATAM property market.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Experience in insurance or broking, ideally with exposure to property risks or commercial lines; familiarity with multinational or regional programmes is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work with data, schedules and reports to support placement decisions.
- Developing understanding of property insurance markets and wordings, with a curiosity about building deeper technical expertise.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working in a collaborative, client-focused team environment.
- Proficiency in English is essential; Spanish is highly desirable and additional regional languages are a plus.
