What the day will look like:

  • Aon Corporate provides risk solutions to businesses across a wide range of sectors within the UK.
  • Typically, clients are national or multinational organisations, where CEOs and CFOs are looking for a trusted local broker who can deliver a tailored, strategic approach.
  • Our clients often require bespoke insurance programmes, alongside broader risk management and risk transfer solutions.
  • The Client Manager is the key contact between the client and Aon’s Commercial Insurance business, responsible for coordinating and delivering a high-quality service through specialist teams and resources.

Day to day Duties to include:

  • Handle the service provided to clients by Aon Commercial Insurance and third-party providers.
  • Ensure the highest level of service to each assigned client, aligned to agreed client service tools.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce Aon’s broader products and services to meet client needs.
  • Understand and communicate each client’s business challenges to internal teams.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across your client portfolio, including meeting annual targets.
  • Work in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and ensure compliance with all policies, including participation in mandatory risk and compliance training.
