Client Service Adviser, UK Construction Risks, Flexible Locations
Are you experienced in handling the custom insurance requirements of UK Construction Clients? Are you a confident communicator and relationship builder with both clients and insurance industry professionals? If so, we invite you to apply for this outstanding hybrid role based within our UK Construction Practice that comes with the flexibility to work both virtually and from one of our network of corporate offices.
What The Day Will Look Like
- Working within our highly respected UK Construction team you'll ensure the highest levels of service and technical advice are delivered to our portfolio of clientele.
- Determining the broking strategy and programme design in conjunction with relevant construction team colleagues.
- Liaising with clients/prospects to obtain technical information required to support the broking exercise including any additional information which may be requested by underwriters.
- Preparing comprehensive market presentations to break clients’ enquiries to insurers.
- Accessing the insurer market on the client’s behalf to obtain competitive terms or speedy resolution to client queries.
- Negotiating policy terms and coverage for clients.
- Ensuring that all documentation produced for the client is accurate and issued within deadlines. This may include policy wordings, evidence of covers, schedules, slips, endorsements, invoices, reports etc – not exhaustive.
- Attending and arranging meetings with clients, underwriters and colleagues.
- Identifying revenue development opportunities on allocated client accounts and making recommendations to Client Managers.
- Liaising and interacting with broking colleagues in Construction, Commercial Risk and the wider Aon network.
- Accurately updating and reporting from spreadsheets.
