We have an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Claims team, working on a hybrid basis with the flexibility of working from either our Glasgow or Leeds office.
This role offers the chance to manage a varied portfolio of claims, build strong client relationships and develop your expertise across a range of commercial insurance products.

What the day will look like
As a Claims Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial clients through the claims journey, ensuring claims are handled efficiently and resolved to the best possible outcome.
- Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance claims from notification through to settlement.
- Providing advice and advocacy to clients, helping them navigate the claims process and achieve favourable outcomes.
- Reviewing policy coverage and handling claims within delegated authority limits.
- Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, solicitors and other key stakeholders to drive claims forward.
- Managing claims in line with FCA requirements, relevant protocols and Claims Portal processes.
- Maintaining accurate electronic claim records and ensuring reserve levels are regularly reviewed.
- Supporting colleagues and clients with technical claims guidance and market insight.
- Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with Aon policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
