If so, this opportunity at Aon Ireland may be the perfect fit for you! This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our offices in Dublin or Cork.
As part of the Human Capital solutions business, Aon’s Health & Risk Team provides market-leading consultancy to support our clients in navigating challenges and opportunities. We also provide brokerage and consultancy services around insured employee benefits arrangements for corporate clients. Our core pillars are Insured Pension, Risk, Flexible Benefits, Communications, and Healthcare Solutions.
As a Risk & Healthcare Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing client engagements, developing new business opportunities, and serving as a strategic advisor to clients. You will report to the Senior Employee Benefits Consultant and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality consulting services.
- Financial: Drive revenue growth in Risk, Healthcare, and Benefits services. Recognise and actively seek opportunities to expand service offerings to existing clients. Collaborate with the business development team and other Aon solution lines to support new business opportunities.
- Clients: Lead and manage client relationships with a focus on strategic advisory. Be proactive in delivering consistent and superior relationship management. Manage multiple consulting engagements and ensure timely delivery of quality outputs. Present deliverables and recommendations to clients. Support and engage in robust conversations with key stakeholders within organisations.
This role offers the opportunity to work independently with high-profile global corporate clients. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values knowledge sharing and continuous learning. You will manage your own portfolio of clients while benefiting from both local and global networks.
The ideal Risk & Healthcare Consultant will have:
- Proven experience in managing large Risk and/or Healthcare clients.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to bring together key stakeholders to meet the client needs.
- Willingness and ability to contribute to a high-performing team environment.
- Strong client focus and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
- Eagerness to explore and advocate for human capital solutions across diverse client interactions.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
- Analytical skills with the ability to transform data and complicated topics into meaningful insights.
- Obtained or working to obtain the relevant qualifications in either private medical and/or risk.
