Junior Broker Facultative

Aon is recruiting a Junior Broker Facultative Reinsurance to join our Asia Pacific & Japan team in London. The role involves working closely with regional offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Singapore, and Tokyo.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional offices to advise clients on placement design, coverage, capacity, pricing, and market progress.
• Negotiate terms with reinsurers.
• Support the Account Executive team in placing and servicing Facultative Reinsurance.
• Process placements and coordinate with offshore teams for invoicing.
• Prepare and review contractual documents.
• Address queries from clients and reinsurers.
• Gather data for market submissions and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with Aon UK policies and risk management frameworks.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of (re)insurance.
• Attention to detail and data analysis skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
