What The Day Will Look Like

  • Lead business development efforts to build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business within the Professional Services sector, with a particular focus on law firms.
  • Assist in driving a revenue stream across large law firms, generating both core and ancillary revenues.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing major accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery and identifying opportunities for further growth.
  • Oversee placement of core insurance programmes, including Professional Indemnity, D&O, and general lines, ensuring exceptional client experience and commercial outcomes.
  • Drive revenue generation from ancillary services such as risk consulting, M&A advisory, and related offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with senior and junior team members to support business generation, client servicing, and project delivery.
  • Take a leadership role within the team, contributing to strategy, commercial direction, and operational execution.
  • Begin laying the groundwork for future team expansion, including shaping roles and supporting recruitment as revenue and workload scale.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the market, developing networks and representing the business at relevant industry events and client engagements.
