Business Development Manager – Complex & Risk Managed (Global) – London

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team!

This is a hybrid role which provides the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

What the day will look like

The Global Team sits within the Major Complex and Enterprise segment, providing risk solutions and servicing clients across a number of industries including retail, consumer goods, technology and communications, and manufacturing. These clients are typically FTSE 100 or large private companies.

You will be responsible for achieving new business targets within the segment, a universe of c200 prospective clients. You will build and develop relationships at the highest level with our prospects. You will have the ability to understand and appreciate their business strategy, challenges, and articulate Aon solutions to meet their needs.

Our clients typically require bespoke insurance programmes, very significant levels of coverage, and associated risk management and risk transfer services which reflect their unique requirements.

You will have the opportunity to work across varied industry sectors with large complex organisations helping them solve challenging problems and develop innovative solutions working closely with our service and technical teams.
