What the day will look like
- Act as the senior point of contact for both corporate and individual Fine Art clients, providing guidance and support to less experienced Client Managers.
- Manage and develop an existing client portfolio, delivering a concierge level of service to strengthen relationships and ensure long-term retention.
- Identify and introduce relevant Aon solutions that address each client's needs, while effectively communicating client issues and priorities to the wider service team and other areas of Aon.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers to enhance engagement and trust.
- Seek out new business opportunities, educating clients on Aon's broader capabilities, including cross‐sell opportunities and the principles of Delivering Aon United (DAU).
- Proactively obtain referrals from existing clients and professional networks.
