This role supports the ongoing development and enhancement of Aon’s UK Defined Contribution (DC) pension proposition, including our master trust and group personal pension, with a particular focus on improving member outcomes, engagement, and overall proposition effectiveness.

What the day will look like:

  • Support and coordinate the development and continuous improvement of Aon’s DC pension proposition, including member experience, communications, retirement journeys and wider services.
  • Maintain and update proposition roadmaps and development plans, ensuring priorities and dependencies are clearly captured and aligned.
  • Produce and maintain management information, insights and reporting on member engagement, outcomes and proposition performance.
  • Organise and document meetings and workshops (including agendas, minutes, and action tracking) across Proposition, Operations, Sales, Client Management teams, and external partners to progress agreed enhancements.
  • Assist with documenting requirements and translating proposition needs into deliverable changes (including processes, communications and technology where relevant).
  • Contribute to testing and implementation of changes, ensuring outcomes align with intended proposition design.
  • Help prepare and update content, training materials, and communications so colleagues, clients, and members understand new propositions or enhancements.
  • Undertake market research, competitor analysis and review of regulatory developments to inform proposition innovation and evolution.

  • Supporting the end-to-end development of DC pension propositions and enhancements.

  • Contributing to proposition thinking by analysing member behaviour, engagement data and feedback.
  • Helping ensure consistency and alignment across all aspects of the member experience (communications, journeys, tools and services).
  • Building an understanding of how different components (including investments, communications, operations, and digital tools) come together to deliver outcomes for members.
