  • As a Data & Analytics Consultant in the APAC Global Benefits team, you won’t just analyze data; you’ll shape strategy, drive innovation, and elevate the analytics experience across Aon’s client portfolio.
  • You’ll become a trusted analytics partner to senior HR leaders, global stakeholders, and regional consultants — with the autonomy to build, innovate, and leave your mark on Aon’s analytics value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a regional analytics advisor for assigned key clients, helping shape renewal and benefits strategies and decision‑making.
  • Transform multi‑country claims, health, and benefits data into clear insights and deliver analytics‑driven advisory across claim trends, benchmarking, plan design optimization, pricing, cost modelling, and risk management.
  • Develop compelling narratives, visuals, and analytics stories used in senior‑level presentations and commercial pitches.
  • Contribute to research, thought leadership, and the development of new analytics solutions and methodologies.
  • Support business growth by providing analytics expertise for proposals, pitches, case studies, and commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to scale analytics solutions across APAC.

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in actuarial, data analytics, health & benefits analytics, or related consulting roles.
  • Ability to turn complex, multi‑country datasets into simple, persuasive narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong client‑facing communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced regional environment.
  • Curiosity, an innovative mindset, and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
