Cyber Analyst

As a Cyber Risk Analyst, you will work directly with clients to help them identify, quantify, and manage their cyber risks. The role is centred on consulting fundamentals—structured critical thinking, high quality research, eliciting information from clients, being proactive and curious, and demonstrating excellent attention to detail.

You’ll support clients across all business sectors, assisting with the selection and implementation of appropriate risk mitigation and transfer solutions, and providing strategies to help ensure operational continuity following a cyber event.

Prior experience in cyber is an advantage but not essential—if you don’t have direct cyber experience, you’ll need to demonstrate a strong and sustained interest in the field. Whilst this is not a technical cyber-advisory specialist role, you will be (or quickly become) comfortable understanding and discussing technical controls and processes and applying consulting skills to help clients understand and manage their cyber risk.

You’ll be part of the UK Cyber Risk Consulting team, based in London, which operates within the wider Aon Global Risk Consulting business and serves clients in both the UK and EMEA markets.

We believe in working together, supporting each other, and having fun along the way. Expect a hybrid role with at least two days a week in our buzzing central London office at 122 Leadenhall Street.
