We’re hiring! Aon is currently recruiting for a Client Service Advisor to join the Aon Client Service team in Finland. This role gives the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Helsinki office.

What the day will look like
As a Client Service Advisor, you will be working as part of the wider Client Service team to contribute to delivering high quality client services.
Main tasks will include:
- Managing our existing portfolio alongside the customer team
- Supporting account managers and brokers in their daily tasks
- Recording and updating correspondence and data in our internal systems
- Assisting with tender and renewal processes
- Updating customer information materials (insurance manuals)
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Communicating with insurers regarding insurance documents, billing, etc.
Here are some more detailed tasks for the role
- Contact: Contact with Aon\'s customer team, network, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the customer relationship.
- International coordination: Coordinate global insurance programs, which means ongoing contact with the Aon network and insurance companies.
- Meetings, customer, and insurance company: Preparation, such as creating presentation materials and decision documentation, active participation in meetings, follow-up work such as writing meeting minutes.
- Renewal/procurement: Information gathering, preparation of documentation, evaluation, and coordination within and with the customer team.
- Ongoing service: Manage and quality assure insurance documents and other customer documentation.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- You hold a degree from a university or a university of a applied sciences and have minimum 2-3 years\' work experience in the broking or insurance business.
- Proficiency in English and Finnish, both written and spoken
- You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel skills are important in this role
- Has strong communication skills, and communicates in a clear, precise, and structured manner
- Has the ability to build and maintain good and effective relationships with customers and colleagues
- Is systematic, disciplined, thorough, and organized
- Ability to work independently and efficiently. Ability to deliver under pressure in a fast-paced multinational environment.
