We’re looking for a Client Manager to join our Corporate Insurance team, working in a hybrid model with the added benefit of being based from either our Glasgow or Edinburgh offices. This role offers the opportunity to look after and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, strengthen long-term relationships and contribute to commercial growth within a high-performing and well-supported environment.

What the day will look like:

  • Deliver tailored risk and insurance solutions to a diverse portfolio of UK clients, primarily based in Scotland.
  • Support clients with complex, bespoke insurance programmes alongside broader risk management and risk transfer solutions.
  • Take ownership of the end‑to‑end client service experience, handling both internal delivery teams and all Risk Management services.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to introduce Aon’s full suite of products and services.
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers across client organisations.
  • Drive growth across your client portfolio, increasing revenue and profitability.
  • Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong grounding in commercial risks and client relationship management.
  • Experience managing and developing client relationships, with the ability to retain business and identify growth opportunities.
  • Good commercial awareness, including an understanding of market conditions, business drivers and risk considerations.
  • Experience supporting sales activity, including fee discussions, negotiation and influencing in a client‑facing role.
  • A confident and credible communicator, with a consultative, client‑focused approach and commitment to excellent service.
