You would be aligned to our London office but with the ‘hybrid’ flexibility to work in the locations that enable you to deliver your best work, including your home, the office, and client locations.

What the day will look like
Every day will be different. As you’ll have overall responsibility for the clients in your portfolio you could be:
- Reporting to business leaders on the revenue growth for your clients and making sure you meet your financial targets
- Overseeing the different elements of the client team to make sure that you deliver the best of Aon to your clients
- Looking at how you can introduce other Aon services to your clients
- Working to support new business opportunities including those that come from your own network

We are looking for someone who has excellent client relationship skills and is comfortable working to meet and exceed their financial targets. Ideally, you should have experience in employee benefits, but this does not need to include benefits technology. We would expect you to be able to operate at a senior level with clients and to thrive in a complex deadline driven environment. You should also be able to work in a team environment with multiple stakeholders.
