Claims Specialist- Financial & Professional Lines

Are you an experienced Claims professional with an interest in London Market claims processes and procedures ?

Are you excited to join a claims team that handles Financial Lines claims on behalf of some of the world\’s most recognised organisations ?

What the day will look like

In this exciting role, you will be primarily responsible for the management, strategy and process for the notification, agreement, collection and successful settlement of a portfolio of Financial Lines claims. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • First notification of loss for Professional and Financial Lines losses, including D&O, PI and Crime claims
  • Negotiation and liaison with markets, clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters and appointed authorities (loss adjusters, lawyers etc).
  • Conduct data analysis to establish the claims history for a particular client or business portfolio, and to identify trends and patterns in claims for a client or business segment
