What the day will look like In this exciting role, you\'ll be joining a UK-wide team of CMEs who work collaboratively to knowledge share, test understanding and ensure best practice. You\'ll inherit a portfolio of key corporate clientele, some of whom have global exposures, and will quickly build effective working relationships with the key individuals therein. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Understand and agree what commercial claims services and capabilities the client will require and coordinate with Aon Claims and related teams accordingly. Coordination and proactive management of Claims Review meetings with Client and Insurer as appropriate ensuring meeting is outcome driven. Provide meaningful insight on insurers\' willingness to pay claims. Challenge reserves, monitor insurer performance against SLAs, identify claims patterns and issue reports and mentorship accordingly both internally and externally. Seek interim payments with insurers and loss adjusters where appropriate, paying particular attention to existing Insurer SLA commitments. First line approach on discussions with insurers and loss adjusters on any disputed or contentious claim. How this opportunity is different This is a phenomenal opportunity to utilise your UK Property, Fleet and/or Liability claims expertise in what is mainly a field-based role. You\'ll have plenty of client and insurer interaction on a face-to-face basis and will use your client advocacy skills at all stages of the process. Skills and experience that will lead to success Experience of handling UK Commercial Insurance Claims with an emphasis on the core classes of Motor, Property and Liability. Relationship management. Presentation skills. Outstanding problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Insurer markets, insurance programmes and global placements.
