What The Day Will Look Like
As a key member of our dynamic organisation, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile clients and navigating complex Construction & Infrastructure claims with precision and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of high-value Construction & Infrastructure claims from inception to resolution whilst ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide proactive advice and guidance on coverage related issues for clients and Aon network offices to present and advocate the best strategy to facilitate the settlement and conclusion of claims.
  • Ensuring outstanding levels of communication and collaborating closely with clients, carriers, Aon brokers and all stakeholders to facilitate efficient claims handling processes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced colleagues fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, regulation, and best practice to enhance Aon\’s claims handling capabilities and risk mitigation.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • Minimum 5 years Construction, Energy or Engineering claims handling experience ideally gained from a reputable insurance, broking or adjusting organisation.
  • Proven experience of managing sophisticated claims and delivering results in a client-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Construction insurance principles, policies and procedures.
  • Impeccable administration and organisational skills.
  • ACII or ACILA qualification preferred.
