What The Day Will Look Like
- Managing a portfolio of claims from inception to resolution whilst ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide proactive advice and guidance on coverage related issues for clients and Aon network offices to present and advocate the best strategy to facilitate the settlement and conclusion of claims.
- Ensuring outstanding levels of communication and collaborating closely with clients, carriers, Aon brokers and all stakeholders to facilitate efficient claims handling processes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced colleagues fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, regulation, and best practice to enhance Aon's claims handling capabilities and risk mitigation.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Minimum 5 years Liability claims handling experience gained from a reputable insurance, broking, adjusting or legal organisation operating within the London market.
- Proven experience of managing sophisticated claims and delivering results in a client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Liability insurance principles, policies and procedures.
- Impeccable administration and organisational skills.
- ACII or ACILA qualification preferred and / or relevant knowledge and experience gained in this product line
