Responsibilities
- Client management and broking in servicing for a worldwide portfolio of clients produced on a wholesale and retail basis, including both renewals and new business from initial enquiry through to the handing over of the placing slip to the processing/documentation team.
- Provide full reviews of the risks proposed, preparation of underwriting presentations, and review of insurance produced by our documentation team.
- Placement with insurers, including electronic trading.
- Contribute to the growth of the portfolio.
- Support and lead tenders.
- Proactively manage market relationships and support our broking strategy.
- Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with our policies, including participation in the management of risks that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
How this opportunity is different
The International Terrorism team comprises of 10 Brokers with their own expertise and various levels of experience. The team serves a wide portfolio of clients emanating from territories within Latin and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Far East. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced working environment, with access to Lloyds, the London market, and other Aon facilities to deliver the Political Violence/Terrorism Insurance/Reinsurance requirements of Aon’s clients.
