Do you want to work for a team providing risk solutions to businesses across many sectors? Does making new contacts and developing client relationships at a high level appeal? We are looking for a Business Development Manager - a hybrid role with flexibility to work virtually and from our Leicester office. This role will be supporting our Corporate Insurance team in the Midlands.

What the day will look like:
- Working closely with branch management, developing, monitoring and growing a new business pipeline.
- Grow a local network, attending events as required.
- Develop an understanding and appreciation of prospect’s objectives and requirements, including the understanding of financials and business strategy.
- Establish potential needs and articulate Aon’s risk management solutions in a professional way, using Aon’s sector knowledge, such that we become a logical alternative.
- Using and sharing information sector knowledge.
- Working with Project Management and Broking, managing the new business process.
