Are you an experienced UK commercial insurance professional with an in depth knowledge of the core classes of business and the carrier marketplace too?

Are you an accomplished communicator, negotiator and influencer with the ability to secure the best possible client outcomes at all times?

What the day will look like

In this wide and varied role you\’ll be collaborating regularly with colleagues in our Client Service teams and will also work closely with the Clients directly to understand and appreciate each risk and the outcomes required. Accountabilities will include:

Implementation of the Retail Broking Strategy and procedures

  • Handle all broking activities for portfolio of clients and prospects ensuring that Aon is never outbroked
  • Manage trading relationships with insurers
  • Analyse the insurance market and cascading information back to the client service team
  • Improving the quality and efficiency of the broking process
