The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
What the day will look like:
- Coordinating closely with the Corporate Health Specialist, Account Management, Actuarial and Broking and Business Development Team on any matters/concerns related to medical benefit claims and data analytics.
- Overseeing data quality assurance and coordinating closely with panel carriers/insurers on any concerns and issues related to data upload through SFTP including timeliness and accuracy of data feeds.
- Working closely with Center of Excellence (COE) and Aon Center for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA) on monthly data load and in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of claims analytics enhancements.
- Facilitating and overseeing the process of adding new panel carriers in Pulse.
- Conducting claims analytics training sessions to internal users including roll-out of new features and functionalities.
- Identifying areas where processes or services can be streamlined and/or improved.
- Actively participating in utilization management discussions, data storytelling and proposing health interventions.
- Ensuring that all client business rules, operational processes and compliance regulations are followed and met.
- Working collaboratively with team members and providing support in any way to deliver set goals in relation to data analytics, health risk management and wellbeing promotion.
