Can you bring technical Directors’ and Officers’ Insurance experience gained from a prior Underwriting or Broking background to an exciting new role within Aon’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Transaction Solutions (AMATS) practice? Are you keen to work with an enviable portfolio of Financial Sponsors, Corporates and Professional Advisers? Do you excel in delivering excellent outcomes on complex D&O transactions, including IPOs, de-SPACS and other M&A transactions? What the day will look like:
- Drive placement efficiencies and strategic insurer engagement by ensuring high-quality client service and deliverables.
- Complete and refine private equity financial lines broking strategies across UK & EMEA, using Aon’s internal network for implementation.
- Manage and strengthen insurer relationships across key regions and product lines to support commercial goals.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders (AMATS CEOs, Financial Lines leads, Chief Broking Officers) to identify and target major PE and Infrastructure opportunities.
- Act as a sector expert and innovator, supporting client teams, developing new solutions, and creating valuable content for clients and the AMATS team.
- Build internal networks and foster growth, unlocking client opportunities while positioning yourself for career progression within Aon’s global organisation.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- Financial lines insurance experience preferably with insurer and client relationship management responsibilities within role.
- Directors’ and Officers’ Insurance experience is essential.
- Significant financial analysis and commercial contract (or insurance policy) negotiation and drafting.
- Some project management responsibility within their current roles.
- Track record of working across different European markets.
