Our team provides clients with powerful tools and insights to help them make better talent decisions at every stage of the employee lifecycle. This includes pre-hire assessments, identifying and developing future leaders, screening for digital skills and agility, and AI-enabled solutions.
Aon\’s Assessment Solutions undertakes 30 million assessments each year in 90 countries and 40 languages.
Your role as an Aon Assessment Solutions Graduate

- Enjoy the reassurance of a structured pathway, developing your assessment knowledge and consultancy skills
- Get regular opportunities to network and work with diverse mentors
- Supporting on client accounts with project management and day-to-day delivery of assessment and development solutions
- Supporting the commercial team with pitches, proposals and demos
- Creating and delivering training for clients
- Supporting on the technical aspects of assessment such as system integration and solution testing
- Designing and implementing client solutions such as:
- Competency frameworks and skill profiles
- Designing interviews and assessment centre exercises
- Situational Judgement Questionnaires (SJQs)
- Designing bespoke candidate and recruiter insight reports
- Workshop design
Your Development
As an Aon Graduate, you will be enrolled onto our Launch Programme when you join. This development programme is built around the following core elements:
- Business learning. On the job learning and experiences enabling you to develop your knowledge and understanding of your team and solution line.
- Centralised learning. UK graduates complete in an Aon Induction, monthly webinars, business skills training and workshops; all designed to develop your knowledge of Aon, build your confidence and your network across our business.
Your career beyond your Graduate programme
Once you’ve completed the formal graduate programme, you’ll continue to receive lots of support at Aon. To aid your professional development you’ll receive regular performance feedback, and work with your line manager towards promotions, such as moving from a Graduate role into a Consultant role and eventually moving up to a Senior Consultant role where you can be leading complex projects within just a few years.

Entry Requirements:
- MSc in Occupational Psychology or related field (e.g. HR, social sciences, wellbeing, etc)
- 1 or above in an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in any degree subject (ideally psychology)

Our graduates are on permanent contracts from day one, we welcome applications from candidates who have their own right to work within the UK where you can maintain and demonstrate your right to work throughout the duration of your employment. Locations
We have graduate opportunities this year in the following locations: London
We recognise the value for our Early Career colleagues of being in the office environment from the beginning of their programme. As a new graduate, you will spend the first 6 months based in the office to support your learning, development, and progression. This will enable you access to support from managers, collaborate with colleagues as well as grow your network across Aon. After completing this initial training period, you will then have the opportunity to work more flexibly, spending at least 3 to 4 days face to face in the Aon office or with clients.
