Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor vragen van zowel klanten als Employee Benefits Consultants en accountmanagers op verzekeringstechnisch, administratief en boekhoudkundig vlak (bijvoorbeeld verzekeringscontracten en bijvoegsels opmaken, hernieuwingen en wijzigingen opvolgen).
Je verzorgt het dagelijks technische beheer – analyse, ontwikkeling, aanpassing – van een portefeuille groepsverzekeringen, hospitalisatieverzekeringen en aanverwante programma’s bij onze klanten.
In nauwe samenwerking met de Employee Benefits Consultants inventariseer en beoordeel je de behoeften van de klant, de bestaande contracten en technische rapporten. Je vraagt offertes van verzekeraars op, vergelijkt en beoordeelt deze. Je geeft gedetailleerde instructies aan de gekozen verzekeraar met betrekking tot de te verzekeren dekkingen en verfijnt de polisvoorwaarden.
Profiel
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma (verzekeringen, economie, Business Administration, boekhouding).
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring op het vlak van Employee Benefits.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede beheersing van het Frans en het Engels.
- Je houdt van analyse en cijferwerk.
- Je kunt op een duidelijke en gestructureerde manier communiceren en vlot telefoongesprekken voeren.
- Je bent een servicegerichte teamplayer en beschikt over sterke sociale vaardigheden.
