Aon is looking to welcome a Product Manager to our growing Talent Solutions product team. This is a key role within our product organisation, owning the roadmap and delivery of high-impact, data-driven B2B tools used by some of the world’s most influential businesses. This is a Hybrid role which can be positioned anywhere in the UK. The role may require travel to our head office in London.
Strong candidates will demonstrate a passion for data, product strategy, and client experience—particularly in the enterprise B2B space. You’ll be shaping solutions at the intersection of compensation, people strategy, user experience, and market insight.
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- Own the product lifecycle for client-facing B2B products—from concept to launch—on our industry leading Human Capital Analytics platform.
- Be outcome focussed - relentlessly focussing on outcomes over outputs—driving product decisions based on measurable client impact, business value, and real-world adoption rather than feature delivery alone.
- Translate client needs into data products, working closely with UX, engineering, data science, and commercial teams to define and deliver solutions.
- Act as the voice of the client - engage directly with users and buyers to understand problems and validate opportunities.
- Shape and prioritise the product roadmap based on customer insight, market dynamics, data feasibility, and commercial potential.
- Dive deep into our data – exploring the data and story to help inform and validate design and product decisions.
- Collaborate across the business to ensure smooth delivery—whether that’s scoping feature requirements, resolving trade-offs, or removing blockers for engineering.
- Champion product quality and data perfection, partnering with internal analysts and QA to ensure we ship trusted and intuitive tools.
- Support go-to-market planning, including customer onboarding, commercial packaging, and positioning of new features.
- Partner with our product analytics team to define success metrics, track performance, and use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimise product features and user experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Extensive experience in product management or a similar role focused on data-centric B2B software.
- Track record of building and delivering client-facing digital products, ideally with experience supporting enterprise clients.
- Comfort working directly with customers, including client workshops, roadmap presentations, and feedback sessions.
- Technically confident—you can engage engineers, understand data models, and break down complex issues without needing to code.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written—you can explain data products to non-technical partners.
- Collaborative and delivery-focused—you move projects forward and bring others with you.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with data science or ML-based product features.
- Exposure to compensation, HR technology, total rewards platforms, or people analytics.
- Familiarity with financial services, consulting, or market intelligence sectors.
