What the day will look like

  • In this senior leadership role, you will oversee global VRO Portfolio Leaders and guide portfolio investment planning, program assurance and value realization across Solution Lines, Corporate Functions, Capabilities and Regions.
  • Lead and develop a global team of VRO Portfolio Leaders, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and accountability for value delivery.
  • Oversee programme and portfolio financial management, ensuring effective use of prescribed systems.
  • Align ABS initiatives and investments to business strategy and expected ROI.
  • Challenge prioritization decisions using demand, capacity and performance insights.
  • Drive adherence to VRO stage gate processes from ideation to value realization.
  • Establish KPIs, measures and benefits tracking frameworks with stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparent reporting of delivery progress, risks and value outcomes.
  • Lead programme governance rhythms, ensuring consistent reporting standards and proactive resource planning.
  • Promote continuous improvement, leveraging Jira, Apptio, PPO and automation opportunities.
  • Manage overall VRO opex budget and hold leaders accountable for financial accuracy.
  • Lead workforce planning, ensuring flexible access to skilled talent across portfolios.
