The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

This role sits within Aon’s Chief Administrative Strategy team and plays a key part in delivering initiatives that support colleague experience, organisational effectiveness and people risk management across a global environment.

What the day will look like:

  • Leading the planning, coordination and execution of projects that impact the experience of all colleagues across the firm.
  • Partnering with global, matrixed teams to drive progress against strategic priorities.
  • Building strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Contributing to global People initiatives and leading development programmes that enhance organisational capability.
  • Supporting listening strategies, including survey delivery, analysis of feedback and tracking of actions and outcomes.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Experience within a People Organisation, HR strategy, project or operations environment.
  • Experience supporting or leading project delivery in a complex or global environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment, ideally within financial or professional services.
  • Understanding of HR, people or organisational processes.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical thinking with ability to turn insight into action.
  • Interest in innovation and digital tools, including AI.
  • Experience supporting colleague experience or listening initiatives is beneficial.
  • Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 or PMP) is advantageous.
