This role sits within Aon’s Chief Administrative Strategy team and plays a key part in delivering initiatives that support colleague experience, organisational effectiveness and people risk management across a global environment.
What the day will look like:
- Leading the planning, coordination and execution of projects that impact the experience of all colleagues across the firm.
- Partnering with global, matrixed teams to drive progress against strategic priorities.
- Building strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Contributing to global People initiatives and leading development programmes that enhance organisational capability.
- Supporting listening strategies, including survey delivery, analysis of feedback and tracking of actions and outcomes.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- Experience within a People Organisation, HR strategy, project or operations environment.
- Experience supporting or leading project delivery in a complex or global environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a matrix environment, ideally within financial or professional services.
- Understanding of HR, people or organisational processes.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical thinking with ability to turn insight into action.
- Interest in innovation and digital tools, including AI.
- Experience supporting colleague experience or listening initiatives is beneficial.
- Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 or PMP) is advantageous.
