This role will be based in our office in London, but travel to our other offices and clients will be required at times.

What the day will look like
- Strategic & Financial Leadership
- Help define and implement the Nordic & Baltic Reinsurance analytics strategy aligned with Aon's business objectives.
- Ability to support lead teams across multiple areas of expertise including Cat and Actuarial.
- Drive revenue growth through data innovation, predictive modelling, and actionable insights.
- Client Engagement & External Impact
- Serve as a trusted Advisor to clients, delivering high‐impact analytics solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Build and lead strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external).
- Ensure delivery of exceptional client value through tailored analytics and data storytelling.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work cohesively with a diverse team of analytics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Collaborate with business leaders across solution lines to integrate analytics into core offerings.
- Champion talent development, mentorship, within the analytics function.
- Drive cross‐sell and up‐sell opportunities through data‐driven insights and collaboration.
How this opportunity is different
Our Nordic and Baltic team is spread across London, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Hamburg and Prague. You will have the opportunity to engage with people from various backgrounds and with different experience to help you develop a broader, well‐rounded range of skills. This is a client‐facing relationship role where success is measured by your ability to translate complex technical data into meaningful propositions for our clients. You will be fully integrated into the client teams, giving you exposure to all aspects of the work we do for clients – including the non‐analytical areas. When setting up the client teams, we consider each team member's skills and growth aspirations to ensure that we are all continually learning from each other and growing together to help the client. Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, actuarial or cat modelling or related fields within the insurance sector.
- A track record of working with analytical teams (direct or indirect) to deliver impactful results.
- Expertise in predictive modelling, and advanced analytics platforms.
- Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ambitious mindset with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a passion for leading change.
