GAUGE is a solution line within Aon’s Talent business that uses proprietary data to provide global banks with financial benchmarking across Front Office businesses and Infrastructure Functions. Its insights support C‑suite stakeholders in shaping the strategic direction of their organizations. For 20 years GAUGE has helped Investment Banks benchmark revenues, cost, headcount and balance sheet.

What the day will look like:

  • Drive business development by deepening existing client relationships and enhancing the product offering to support long‑term revenue growth.
  • Present detailed analysis to senior stakeholders across Front Office and Support Functions at bulge‑bracket investment banks, highlighting key opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Manage and deliver consulting projects end to end, leading team members across multiple global locations.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Experience in a financial institution or management consultancy.
  • Strong industry awareness and understanding of the key challenges facing global banks.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to grow and develop the business.
  • Confidence delivering presentations to senior audiences, using compelling storytelling around metrics and insights.
  • Proactive, self‑directed, and eager to learn on the job.
  • Curiosity to question, probe data, and understand the implications of client results.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and strong organizational/project management skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience working with large data sets.
  • Previous people management and leadership experience is desirable.
