What the day will look like:
- Leading the planning, coordination and execution of projects that impact the experience of all colleagues across the firm.
- Partnering with global, matrixed teams to drive progress against strategic priorities.
- Building strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Contributing to global People initiatives and leading development programmes that enhance organisational capability.
- Supporting listening strategies, including survey delivery, analysis of feedback and tracking of actions and outcomes.
