  • Partner with CFOs, private equity sponsors and corporates to shape capital optimisation strategies that strengthen balance sheets and unlock growth.
  • Originate and structure insurance‑backed and risk‑transfer solutions, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling client value.
  • Lead deep financial, risk and capital analysis to quantify efficiency, valuation impact and transaction outcomes.
  • Collaborate daily with colleagues across M&A, Credit, Reinsurance and Asset Management to deliver integrated, market‑leading solutions.
  • Take solutions to market — accomplishing deals, deepening senior relationships and representing Aon at client forums and industry events.

  • Demonstrable experience in corporate finance, insurance/reinsurance, structured risk solutions, or M&A advisory, with strong commercial judgement.
  • Deep understanding of financing and working capital solutions, ideally with knowledge of how credit insurance and surety can enhance these.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver complex, client‑facing projects, working effectively across cross‑functional and international teams.
  • Good knowledge of fund finance structures supporting private credit, private equity and infrastructure funds
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capability, with confidence in financial modelling, valuation frameworks, and data‑driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and collaborator management skills, with credibility and impact at C‑suite level in a matrixed, global environment.
