The Client Service and Delivery Specialist supports Aon Sales Consultants in managing clients’ Healthcare and Group Risk policies. The role involves day‑to‑day client interaction, data management, reporting, and coordination of renewal and new business processes in a hybrid office/home environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Develop and maintain constructive, professional relationships with clients and insurers at all levels.
- Act as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day enquiries from clients, providers and internal/external sources.
- Respond independently to client and insurer queries pro‑actively while keeping Consultants informed.
- Coordinate administration of schemes, including invoicing, membership data, claims data, communications and related queries.
- Prepare template client reports requested by Sales Consultants.
- Resolve discrepancies in provider documentation before sending to clients.
- Produce accurate correspondence that adheres to brand guidelines.
- Gather accurate data for each client’s scheme renewal and assist with its analysis.
- Attend internal provider and product training.
- Maintain client records and data in line with Aon systems and protocols.
- Undertake ad‑hoc project work as required.
- Understand and comply with financial and industry regulations and legislation.
- Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of products and the marketplace.
- Build good working relationships with Aon colleagues across the business.
- Show commitment and dedication to the role and to Aon.
- Provide professional telephone handling service for internal and external contacts.
- Be a team player.
Qualifications
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively using own initiative.
- Relevant experience within the insurance industry preferred; knowledge of Group Risk industry highly desirable.
- Skill in building positive relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Confident communicator with colleagues and clients at all organisational levels.
