What the day will look like:

  • Leading the end-to-end servicing of complex commercial risk portfolios, delivering high-quality, tailored client outcomes.
  • Partnering closely with Client Managers and Directors to understand client needs and shape service plans, presentations and strategic advice.
  • Managing renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments, negotiating with insurers to secure the best possible terms and solutions.
  • Developing compelling marketing and client materials, clearly presenting risk profiles, proposals and placement strategies.
  • Proactively reviewing and improving client programmes, finding opportunities to strengthen coverage and support portfolio growth.
  • Building trusted relationships and ensuring excellence, working closely with clients and insurers, maintaining compliance and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
