The Client Partner – MCE, reports to the Chief Commercial Officer– MCE and plays a key role in supporting the delivery of the growth strategy in this segment across the business. Working closely with sales leadership, business leaders and client teams, the role is responsible for driving pipeline activity, converting opportunities and helping deliver the best of Aon to clients and prospects.

What the day will look like:

  • Drive new business growth by identifying, developing and converting opportunities across MCE clients.
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships to position Aon’s solutions effectively.
  • Partner with Client Leaders and Sales teams to generate and progress a high-quality pipeline.
  • Contribute to target client and prospect strategies to support sustained future growth.
  • Leverage market insight, client needs and Aon capabilities to win and expand business.
  • Track pipeline activity and performance, providing clear updates to inform decision‑making.
  • Champion Aon United, connecting colleagues and capabilities to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
