Have you got experience of handling the Commercial Insurance requirements of a wide variety of clientele, ideally with a knowledge and understanding of the Natural Resources/Renewable Energy space? Are you keen to work collaboratively within a focused, driven and highly collaborative team of like-minded professionals? If so, then why not consider joining our highly respected team where you will be able to enjoy handling all aspects of insurance broking on behalf of a portfolio of specialist clients. Working on a hybrid basis you'll be able to split your time between the office and from home.
What the day will look like:
- Acting as a trusted adviser and brand ambassador for Aon, leading client relationships and building confidence with clients, carriers and stakeholders.
- Owning the end to end client journey - from renewal strategy and financial planning through to retention, growth and managing jeopardy accounts.
- Delivering high quality, proactive service by truly understanding clients' businesses, meeting them face to face and managing expectations throughout the year.
- Ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance, using Aon's processes and technology to deliver great client outcomes every time.
- Collaborating across Aon to solve problems, unlock value for clients and identify new revenue opportunities through strong Aon IQ and internal networks.
- Working closely with Client Service Advisers and colleagues, role modelling a "one team" culture while continuing to develop your own technical and leadership capability.
