What the day will look like
In this role, you'll act as a trusted adviser to mid‑market businesses across the UK, working closely with owners, managing directors and financial directors to understand their risks and deliver tailored insurance and risk management solutions. You'll combine strong client relationships with commercial drive, using the full breadth of Aon's capabilities to help clients protect, grow and future‑prove their businesses – while building a profitable and sustainable portfolio of your own.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with business owners and senior decision‑makers, acting as their primary risk and insurance adviser.
- Design and deliver bespoke insurance programmes, supported by proactive risk management and claims advocacy.
- Identify new business opportunities, referrals and cross‑sell solutions through delivering Aon United.
- Own and develop a strong pipeline of new and existing opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with specialist teams across Aon to deliver joined‑up, high‑quality client solutions.
- Manage your client portfolio in line with Aon's risk, compliance and governance frameworks.

- An effective communicator and presenter.
