NFP (an Aon company) is seeking a Quality Assurance Assessor to strengthen our conduct oversight across the UK. You will conduct structured file reviews across new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments to ensure good customer outcomes and regulatory compliance.

With minimum 3 years in commercial, corporate or technical insurance broking, you will identify conduct risks, provide constructive feedback, and support remediation and QA governance within the Conduct and Controls team.
