What the day will look like
- Collaboration with Product & Technology
- Act as the lead interface between business and technology for Aon Broker Copilot.
- Develop trust and credibility with Technology Product Owners to help drive the strategic roadmap.
- Translate business vision and needs into clear, actionable product requirements and enhancements enabled by technology.
- Help prioritise the features and capabilities that unlock meaningful commercial outcomes and differentiation for Aon.
- Promote the application of AI and Trading Data analytics in decision‑making – from client advice and carrier negotiations to placement and portfolio strategies.
- Create new commercial and growth opportunities through differentiated propositions, services and client experiences.
- Ensure client and carrier conversations are anchored in Aon’s broader transformation narrative, showing clearly how Aon Broker Copilot enhances outcomes.

- Capacity to translate a high‑level vision into prioritised roadmaps, clear business requirements and measurable outcomes.
