Senior Pensions Administrator role within a global organisation. Hybrid working - 50% from home, 50% in our Birmingham office. Aon shapes decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world and is united through trust as one inclusive team.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal and external clients and requirements, identify issues with processes handled by teams, and drive processes to implement solutions.
- Implement changes to tools and documentation to support effective service delivery; increase processing knowledge and drive continuous improvement.
- Write and maintain knowledge documents, incorporate changes to legislation, and share best practices with colleagues through process and tool training.
- Participate in internal and external audits and act as a role model by giving constructive feedback to colleagues to improve performance and support the Manager.
- Coordinate and participate in projects that impact the work of teams and domains.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert for processes, clients, systems, and tools; monitor team activity and coordinate workload in line with SLAs.
- Produce and analyse reports as part of day-to-day responsibilities.

- Pensions administration experience.

- Good communication skills, including verbal and written (by phone and in person).
- Numerically competent.
- Attention to detail and commitment to ongoing quality.
- Good understanding of Word and Excel.
