What the day will look like:

• As a Senior Investment Consultant, you will own key client relationships and deliver advice to asset owners (including DB pension schemes, endowments, charities, and other institutional clients).
• Establishing relationships with clients to understand and solve the challenges they face.
• Driving business results through efficient delivery of client service and connecting and working with colleagues across Aon’s specialist teams.
• Finding opportunities to innovate and drive efficiency.
• Helping to develop junior colleagues into future consultants.
• Promoting an inclusive culture across Aon.
• Support peers to bring the best ideas to clients, ensuring the team is aware of the latest ideas and solutions and actively considers their appropriateness for clients.

• Knowledge of investment markets, with experience of building relationships and providing advice to asset owners.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to distil complex information for clients.
