Aon is seeking a dynamic Broker Copilot Leader to orchestrate the strategy, rollout, and commercial impact of Aon’s Broking & Advisory technologies and analytics capabilities across the EMEA broking community. This role plays its part in crafting the future of the industry, innovating how risk connects to capital and equipping brokers to operate, advise and leverage new technologies and analytics to deliver better outcomes for clients and markets. The role blends communication of business strategy and vision, broker engagement, and change leadership, making brokers central to the transformation solution.

What the day will look like
- Business Engagement
- Lead the Aon Broker Copilot business engagement for EMEA.
- Help Brokers shape the future of broking becoming a vocal input in the design of new placement and analytic technology.
- Work directly with Account Executives and Brokers, understanding the markets they operate in, their workflows and processes to help identify where Aon Broker Copilot can help them raise performance and deliver superior outcomes to clients and carriers.
- Help Brokers and colleagues realise the potential of analytics and trading insights in how they advise, innovate and execute risk-transfer deals.
- Product Leadership & Implementation
- Build a close partnership with Aon Broker Copilot product, analytics, and technology teams to deliver a quality placement technology solution across EMEA.
- Lead discovery, training, and business engagement sessions to help colleagues embed Aon Broker Copilot into their day‑to‑day activities.
- Act as a conduit and sponsor between brokers and technology product teams, shaping the roadmap based on user needs.
- Oversee end‑to‑end implementation of analytics tools and internal platforms, ensuring they are consistent, intuitive, and aligned to broking workflows.
- Driving Analytics & AI Adoption
- Champion the use of Aon’s internal analytics platforms, helping brokers run their business more effectively.
- Promote the application of AI and Trading Data analytics into decision‑making.
- Support brokers in leveraging data to advise clients, negotiate with carriers, and make data-informed placement strategies and decisions.
- Market & Client Impact
- Ensure Brokers and colleagues can explain consistently, the strategy and vision of Aon Broker Copilot to clients and carriers with clarity.
- Help brokers and colleagues define how Aon’s investment in placement technology underpins its go‑to‑market strategy.
- Strengthen Aon’s competitive advantage by empowering brokers with access to insights, intelligence to make data‑driven recommendations, and actionable and explainable analytics.
- Help colleagues connect analytics outputs to real commercial opportunities.
