Overview
Client Director – Private Clients. We are hiring. Aon’s Private Clients Team is seeking an experienced Client Director / Account Executive to join us. Following strong growth over the last 12 months, this hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from a location that suits you best – virtual or at one of our UK office locations.

What the day will look like
The Aon Private Clients team insures some of the wealthiest people in the country. You would be responsible for looking after an existing, well-established book of business as well as seeking new opportunities. Clients typically require bespoke insurance programmes and associated risk management and risk transfer services. Beyond being the insurance broker, the team provides clients with a claims service and risk management advice.
Responsibilities
- Act as the senior contact with clients and provide support to less experienced Client Managers.
- Identify and introduce Aon’s products and services to meet client needs and communicate each client’s business issues to the service team and other parts of Aon.
- Build client relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and educate clients on additional Aon products and services available via cross-sell and Delivering Aon United (DAU).
- Manage your pipeline of new opportunities and continuously refresh and grow it.
- Seek referrals from existing clients and connections.
- Grow revenue and profitability of your client portfolio, including meeting annual income targets.
