Senior Client Manager, Real Estate

Can you bring substantial Real Estate/Property Owners experience to a key, client-facing role? Are you keen to join our specialist Real Estate practice at what is an exciting time of growth, expansion and change?
The role will lead the strategy to further embed Affinity within the dynamic real estate industry in Australia. You will be responsible for leading a growth strategy, managing and building key relationships with clients, product development with a focus on online delivery, and co-ordination of service solutions to a group of B2B clients in the Affinity segment. Leading and developing an industry team specializing in real estate, you will build on client retention and revenue generation across the Real Estate portfolio. This role will report directly to our Client Director of our Aon Small Business & Real Estate Portfolios.

What the day will look like
You will primarily be driving product take-up through direct and channel partner strategies, product innovation and digitization of products, identifying & growing new partnership opportunities within the Real Estate portfolio whilst leading a team servicing clients through digital and call-based channels. Further responsibilities will include:
- Lead top-level client relationship management and build reputation that leads to new opportunities and strengthens existing client arrangements
- Develop and deliver an annual strategy focused on delivering revenue growth and client value
- Lead your client service team to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and support them in their own career development.
- Lead wider Aon partners to ensure contributed solutions are delivered to enhance client experience
- Cultivate and develop senior relationships at key real estate insurer partners
- Be responsible for broking and carrier (insurance partner) marketing to ensure the best outcomes for clients
- Develop client service plans in line with client objectives and supervise delivery against the plan
- Demonstrate an engagement with clients to open opportunities beyond existing mandated real estate activity
- Seek improvement in efficiency & processes to optimize resources & profitability
- Develop thought leadership & articulate Aon’s proposition
- Act as a technical referral point for colleagues and clients as required
- Develop talent and building a strong team through continuous learning, honest feedback, thorough development and well-adapted talent management
- Lead and support Business Development activity and be available for joint prospect meetings as/where required.
