The role has the flexibility to work remotely and from our London office on a hybrid basis.

What the day will look like

Every day is different which keeps it interesting, but key tasks would include:

• Data collation from reporting systems; mapping; manipulation; and interrogation/quality assurance.
• Supporting the building of client reports and summarising findings to executive sponsors.
• Supporting the delivery of client results.
• Preparing research for internal team meetings and external client meetings.
• Helping to enhance the product offering.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

As an Associate in the Performance and Analytics team, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Desire to develop knowledge of clients we work with and build a commercial understanding of investment bank efficiency drivers, operating models, market trends.
• Committed to accuracy, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality work.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn on the job, and able to work independently.
• Curiosity to question and understand the implications of internal processes/client results.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and good personal organisation or project management acumen.
• Advanced Excel and PPT skills. Ability to handling and analysing large data sets.
• Relevant academic or professional qualifications. Experience in statistics, finance, or research field will be advantageous.
