What the day will look like:
- As a Project Manager within Client Service Delivery (Health & Benefits), you will play a key role in delivering the Activate solution to our EMEA and global client base.
- You will manage end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and governance standards while driving successful client outcomes.
- Lead the delivery of Activate solution projects across EMEA and global clients, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on project status, milestones, and financial performance.
- Support client onboarding, solution deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives within Health & Benefits.
