What the day will look like
- Partnering with H&SC and UK Commercial Risk colleagues to identify organic growth and client retention opportunities across priority client segments.
- Collaborating across Aon in a united way, working closely with representatives, client service leaders, consultants, claims leaders and sales teams to align activity and convert insight into action.
- Engaging regularly with GBC colleagues, AMATS and specialist teams to connect capabilities, support sophisticated client opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Developing and crafting thought leadership, client insights and market-facing content, informed by Aon data, client feedback and emerging industry trends.
- Meeting with clients and prospects to understand macro risk issues and help design tailored risk, people and capital solutions.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Proven experience driving organic growth and client retention, ideally across complex or segmented client portfolios within Commercial Risk, Health, or broader advisory environments.
- Strong collaborative mentality, with a track record of building positive relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and operating effectively within a large, matrixed organisation (Aon United).
- Ability to translate insight into action, employing data, client feedback and market trends to develop compelling thought leadership, propositions and client engagement strategies.
- Client-facing credibility, with experience engaging senior clients and prospects to understand macro risk trends and build tailored risk, people and capital solutions.
- Experience working across specialist teams (e.g. broking centres, M&A, transaction or specialty risk teams) to connect capabilities and unlock revenue opportunities.
