What the day will look like:
- Lead the development and delivery of innovative alternative risk transfer solutions for our clients, working collaboratively with client management teams and direct clients.
- Advise clients on complex risk issues, leveraging your expertise in commercial risk broking and deep understanding of ART structures, such as parametric solutions, captives, insurance-linked securities, and bespoke risk financing.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on emerging ART trends and market developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, insurers, reinsurers, and internal teams across Aon's global network.
- Support the structuring, negotiation, and placement of ART transactions, ensuring solutions are tailored to client needs and aligned with regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Mentor and coach junior colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- Significant experience in commercial risk broking, ideally with a focus on alternative risk transfer solutions.
- Deep knowledge of ART structures, including but not limited to captives, parametric insurance, structured reinsurance, and insurance-linked securities.
- Proven ability to advise senior client stakeholders on complex risk and insurance matters.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop bespoke solutions for unique client challenges.
- Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed environment, ideally within a global broking or advisory firm.
- Professional qualifications (e.g., ACII, CPCU) are advantageous.
