What the day will look like
Every day will be different. As you'll have overall responsibility for the clients in your portfolio you could be:
- Leading the Employee Experience relationship for selected Enterprise clients, maximising renewal, new from existing opportunities and the introduction of new solution lines.
- Leading client directors to ensure a coordinated approach to client management in order to retain and expand the client services for key Aon Employee Experience clients.
- Maintaining and growing revenue for the team from increased renewal and new from existing revenue.
- Collaborating with leadership of Aon Business Services (ABS), Health & Risk and other Aon key support services to ensure best practice approach is adopted throughout the client lifecycle.
- Providing leadership in the execution of the 3 x 3 strategy for the Employee Experience business by owning delivery and onboarding of new services, capabilities & ways of working.
- Utilising your business network (internal and external) to generate new opportunities for Human Capital and Risk Capital.
- Working closely with the Human Capital Sales team on all stages of the business development process.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
We are looking for someone who has excellent client relationship skills and is comfortable working to meet and exceed their financial targets. Ideally, you should have experience in employee benefits, but this does not need to include benefits technology. We would expect you to be able to operate at a senior level with clients and to thrive in a complex deadline driven environment. You should also be able to work in a team environment with multiple stakeholders.
